  • Fuvahmulah Island (pronounced “form-uh-la”) is one of the most southern and only single-island atolls of the Maldives.

    A local island, not an overly-commercialised resort island, promising a truly authentic travel experience.

    It is a UNESCO biosphere reserve, home to 100+ Tiger sharks which are almost guaranteed to be seen on our dives. Thanks to the islands topography, dive sites are just 5-20 min boat rides away.

    • Open Water Scuba Qualification (or above)

    • Be medically cleared and fit to dive

    • Underwater Camera (GoPro or above)

    • Willingness to participate in other group activities

    • Personal dive equipment (can be hired on the island, recommended to bring your own mask and fins)

  • For this adventure we have teamed up with the best local dive partner to provide safe & enjoyable dives for all.

    Tiger shark dives are daily, with additional reef dives & even deeper dives seeking the elusive Thresher Sharks.

  • Fuvahmulah Island has a number of incredible and uncrowded surf breaks suitable for beginner through to advanced surfers.

    We have partnered with a local surf school to provide a safe and enjoyable sessions with a qualified coach + local guide.

  • Guided workshops explore underwater photography, video, and storytelling in a supportive environment. You’ll learn practical skills around camera settings, composition, editing and ethical ocean interactions.

  • Mornings start with gentle yoga, guided meditations or surfs at uncrowded waves.

  • All of the below are excluded from the safari cost and are at the attendees sole expense:

    • International airfares to and from Malé (MLE) International Airport

    • Travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and delays

    • Dive insurance (DAN or equivalent is strongly recommended)

    • Dive equipment rental, including wetsuit, BCD, regulator, computer, fins, mask, and weights (participants are welcome to bring their own equipment or arrange rental locally)
